Hello everybody, I just started to take milk thistle and i need some answer.
  I hade my blood test ,and my liver it ok ,but 2 years a go my father died whit a liver problem,and I have been almost all my life taking drugs alcool and  more ,but so far touchin wood everthing it fine.
So i decide to have a break of all and my question is ,even my liver so far it ok,can i take milk thistle?
how long to I have to take?
can you take whitout any problem?

Milk thistle is fine to take without any known liver problems.  Many people use it preventively for seasonal cleanses.  These usually last for 3 months.  The only "problems" you may run across would be the basic process of detoxification.  Start with a small dose and build up the dosage slowly.  Every manufacturer is different so make sure to read the label.  We suggest starting with 2 dropper fulls, roughly 40 drops in 8 ounces of hot water at bedtime, and working up from there over a two week period for two weeks until 4 dropper fulls.  Best of luck, and let us know if we can help in any way!

The bio forse milk thistle said to take 15,to 20 drops twice daily, whitout say in mornig or bed time ,before lunch or after dinner, it not to clear.
So should I follow what u said which make more sense,or do as the description said?
Can u tell me what does mean 4 dropper full? do u mean 80 drops?

4 dropper fulls = 80 drops.  About following bio-forse directions,... I would follow there instructions.  Do they have any sort of support structure to get more details?  Website, 800 number?

Well I just looked on the website on the detox section ,
and the direction for use : 15 to 20 drops twice daily.
But I request to call me and ask if I can do the way u explain to me.
