How does this formula effect the spleen?  Isn't it cold in thermal nature?

This formula is definitely best for individuals with heat patterns, either excess or deficient and for toxic overload.  However, because we roast the milk thistle and use alcohol as the base this formula may be taken long term. The alcohol acts as a guide taking the herbs quickly into the system, bypassing the majority of the digestive tract.
