I have bought some Milk Thistle.  I have Hepatitis Type B.  I really do not have very many symptoms.  I have some what of a distended belly and do not have regular bowl movements.  Sorry for being gross.  My question is how long will it take for the Milk Thistle to start working and what can I look forward too, will it help me loose weight, help me absorb my vitiams better?  I just started taking it last night and some more this morning.  I work out 5 days a week both cardio and weight lifting.  I eat pretty healthy now low fat and as little as possible of transfat.  Higher fiber and I just started taking a colon clenez product as well.  Do you think all of this will help

Hi Dallas,
  You should see changes in your bowel movements right away.  If you don't, up the dosage a bit.  Are you taking our milk thistle, another liquid extract, or a pill?
