Wow I just got an email from a reader 3 years after I posted originally on my swollen dry itchy eye.

I found the culprit.
I was nursing and drinking Mother's Milk tea several times a day.
It includes organic bitter fennel fruit， organic aniseed fruit， organic caraway fruit， organic nettle herb。
Once I stopped drinking that tea, it went away.

Hope this helps someone.
