Red and Inflammed

Hi just thought I would try to touch base again - today I awoke at 3 am and my face and neck were so itchy - they are both red and inflammed - like they are very mad - I can tell this isn't good - but it is Saturday and the only place to go is the ER - not wanting to go there.  I just need to soothe it - couldn't sleep very well - I did take a capsule of Milk Thistle last night.  Trying to heal this is not going well - it just seems to be getting madder and madder.  I am ready to go to a doctor, just not sure which one.  Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

Today is Sunday - I did not wake up during the night which I am so thankful for - I am still swollen, just not as much, I believe I am allergic to the milk thistle I took.  So, I did not take any last night.  I think this was an allergic reaction to it.  Well,  just wanted to keep in touch.  Looking forward to any direction you can provide.  Thank you.
