We encourage everyone to conduct a consultation with our founder, and master herbalist; Mark Fischer, Diplomate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Mark has helped hundreds of individuals find greater levels of health and happiness. In person consultations are available at the Mandala Center in Boulder, Colorado.

Phone Consultations:
Phone consultations are encouraged for those who cannot come to our office. The advanced information you will receive based on years of clinical experience will save you months or years of time in regaining your health. You can improve quickly once an effective program is started. An additional advantage of these consultations is that it can help you discover which supplements and herbs you need and those that you do not; this can save you from unknowingly burdening or poisoning your body, and it can reduce your overall supplement expense.

Cost:
In-person consultations at our  holistic health center:

• $100.00 for the first office visit.
• $75.00 for each visit thereafter.

Phone consultations: $120.00 per hour ($20.00 for 10 minutes in increments of 10 minutes). To have phone consultation summary notes emailed to you, add an additional $5.00. Consultations are also available via AIM, .MAC, and Yahoo video/audio conferencing.

Biography:
Mark Fischer is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. He began his search for health and healing in 1995. His fascination with healing led him to study and experience many modalities including extensive studies in Traditional Oriental Medicine and Herbology.

Mark earned his Masters degree from both the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine and the Hawaiian College of Traditional Oriental Medicine where he became a nationally licensed acupuncturist, nutrition consultant, and herbalist. He practices acupuncture in both Colorado and Hawaii, and is licensed as a primary care physician in California. He has been in private practice since 1998.

Mark's specialties lie in the fields of family medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, and women's health. He blends eastern modalities and insights with functional medicine to provide a gentle yet effective therapy.

Mark has worked with such groups as the UC Berkeley alumni association and CU Boulder alumni association developing ongoing wellness programs for their members. Outside of his clinical practice, Mark is the CEO of Skye Herbals, LLC.
